Today I put on my “skinny shorts” which I have been aiming to get into for the last 2.5 years. Accidentally bought the wrong size. They FINALLY FIT!!
How did I do it? Well I’ll let you know in more detail once I release my ebook for training and nutrition. But for now I’ll tell you.
1. Cleaned up my diet
2. Cut sugar (unless it is a cheat day)
3. Have cheat days
4. Lean protein and good carbs
5. Good fats
6. Lots of water
7. Lifting weights
8. Having BUCKET loads of patience.
