Preworkout Bites

These took 5 minutes to make. The recipe yielded six bite size balls, 1 for each workout in my week.

Calories:129, which my typical workout will easily utilise.
3/4 cup dates pitted and chopped (roughly)
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
1tsp cacao or cocoa powder
1/8th tsp vanilla essence

In a blender chop the dates and walnuts until smaller chunks (looks like crumbles)
Add cocoa and vanilla
Blend until combined
Squish into little balls or bars and pop them in the fridge.
