Clean Eating Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Clean eating roasted red pepper hummus which could be a great addition to your Iftar or Sohoor this Ramadan 


1 can drained chickpeas (15oz can)
1/2 cup roasted red pepper (I baked mine for a few min in the oven)
3 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp tahini (Carrefour has the best)
2 garlic cloves
1 tblsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp chilli powder


Put all ingredients in blender and chill before serving.
